Drosophila Behavior

Jenee Wagner, Sr. Research Assistant

My work focuses on genetic and behavioral analysis in Drosophila, affecting the whole range of behaviors: sleep, courtship, aggression, optomotor response, and social interactions, including the development of new behavioral paradigms and apparatuses.  These approaches are being applied to the study of fly homologs of human genes associated with autism and Williams Syndrome.
